All our candles are handmade to order with care and attention to detail. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are handcrafted specifically for you.
Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before shipment.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We offer free shipping on all orders above $50. We currently ship within the United States only.

Delays

Please keep in mind that we are not liable for delays caused by due to weather, carrier delays, or high order volume.  We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Handling & Damages

All orders are carefully packaged to arrive safely. Please inspect your package upon delivery and contact us immediately if there are any issues.
