At LAVANORE, all candles are handcrafted with care. Please review our policy before placing your order.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Personalized and custom-made items are non-returnable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping
  • No restocking fees

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Custom-made and personalized orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific order. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@lavanore.com.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

As our candles are handmade, slight variations in color or texture are natural and are not considered defects.
